Terms

1. Deadline for application:July, 25, 2008.

2. Deadline for submitting of Exhibitor's information to the catalogue: August, 10, 2008.
Organization Commitee doesn't guarantee publication of information submitted after this date in the exhibition official catalogue! Information to the catalogue and firm's logo are accepted in electronic form only!!!!!

3. Equipping of booth: October, 22, from 09.00 am to 6.00 pm.

4. Delivery of the exhibits and registration of exhibitors:October, 22, from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm.

5. Exhibition time: October 22 — 25, 2008, from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm.

6. Official opening ceremony: October ,23, 2008, at 11.00 am.

Dismantling of booth: October , 25, 2008, from 3.00 pm to 23.00 pm,

II. Application submitting

1. Exhibitors having taken a decision to take part in the exhibition, shall fill and submit to the Organizer an application form attached, before deadline.

2. After receiving of the application form from Exhibitor, coordination of place and type of booth, the Organizer will send to the Exhibitor a signed contract and invoice for participation of the Exhibitor in the exhibition.

3. Application documents for participation in the exhhibition shall be submitted by the Exhibitor only in forms proposed by Organizer (see appendix )

Applications in other forms would not be taken into consideration.

III. Participation cost

1. Obligatory registration fee 200 Euro includes:
participation in all exhibition events, promotion of the exhibition in mass-media, information about Exhibitor in official catalogue, , Exhibitor's badges, general exhibition design, invitation to the official opening ceremony for 2 persons.

2. Price of exhibition area for 1 square meter during all exhibition time (minimal area to rent makes 6 square meters).

3. Equipped area 180 Euro/sq. m includes:
wall constructions, carpet covering, lighting, company's name on a nameboard (up to 15 characters), securing in night time and the following furniture, depending on area of booth:

1. Unequipped area in exhibition hall: 165 Euro/sq.m (only carpet covering included).

2. All prices are indicated including advertising tax (0.5 %) and VAT (20 %)

3. Advertizing in the exhibition catalogue:
1st colour page А5: 250 Euro
1st page b/w А5: 150 Euro
2nd and 3rd page of catalogue: 450 Euro
4th page of catalogue: 550 Euro
All prices are indicated including advertising tax (0.5%) and VAT (20%).

Depending to the booth configuration, the price increases in the following way:
a) 1 side open — 0%, b) 2 sides open +5%, c) 3 sides open +10%, d) 4 sides open +15%.

IV. Discounts

Rent of exhibition area 24-48 sq. m. — 5%, 49-96 sq.m.—7% ,97 and more 10%
Repeat participation — 4%.
Discounts are rendered for exhibition area only.

V. Exhibition area

1. The Organizer provides the Exhibitor with area in accordance with the contract. Location of the booth is determined while registering of the application in compliance with general configuration of the exposition and with taking into consideration wishes of the Exhibitor.

2. The Organizer keeps the right to move and rotate the booth of the Exhibitor in case if technical and/or organizational operation conditions of the expositions change. In this case claims of the Exhibitor will be not considered.

3. Number of corner, butt–end and island booths is limited.

The Organizer keeps right to use ordered exhibition area on his own, in case if the Exhibitor had not occupied it 1 hour before official opening of the exhibition . In this case, remuneration claims are not considered.

VI. Payment

1. All payments for participation (the contract sum in full) must to be made by the Exhibitor within the terms, which are stipulated by the Organizer. Final payment deadline is September 10, 2008.

2. In case if the Exhibitor did not pay for participation within the stated period, the Organizer has right to terminate the Contract and offer the area to another Exhibitor.

Payments for participation are to be made according to the Contract, which is to be issued after receiving of the Application form from the Exhibitor.

VII. Refusal from participation

1. In case if the Exhibitor wish to refuse from participation, he must notify the Organizer in writing. Date of refusal is considered the date of written notification receipt by the Organizer.

2. In case of refusal no less than 7 weeks before opening of the exhibition, the Exhibitor receives remuneration in amount of paid costs excluding registration fee.

3. In case of refusal no less than 5 week before opening of the exhibition, the Exhibitor receives remuneration excluding registration fee in amount of 50% of transferred money.

In case of refusal less than 4 week before opening of the exhibition, any remuneration is not provided.

VIII. Other terms

1. Costs related to transportation, deliveries, shipment and customs procedures for exhibits and other cargo are covered by the Exhibitor.

2. Costs related to booking and staying at hotel are covered by the Exhibitor.

3. The Exhibitor must obey fire safety rules and would be responsible for losses caused by the fire in amount of 100% of loss.

4. After the exhibition is over, the Exhibitor transmits rented equipment back to the Organizer and releases his booth having notified the Organizer in advance. Dismantling of the booth before the end of the exhibition can be done only if agreed with the Organizer.

In case if the Exhibitor breaks rented equipment, he must remunerate its market cost.
It is strongly recommended to use services of an official exhibition forwarding agent, to avoid complications with customs service.

IX. Security

1. The Organizer provides safety of all equipment in the booth of the Exhibitor during the exhibition is closed (night time), in case of appropriate transmitting of equipment to the responsibility of the Organizer after the end of exhibition day.

Within the time when the exhibition is open, security of the Exhibitor's goods is provided by its own.

X. Technical safety

1. Exhibitor demonstrating arc welding inside the exhibition hall, shall equip welding site with filter-ventilation equipment. When such equipment is missing, welding inside exhibition hall is prohibited.

Exhibitor can take into the exhibition hall only non-combustible gase bottles. Welding and cutting with combustible gases and oxygen can be demonstrated at open site only. All gas bottles under pressure shall have technical documents according to set form.
